I agree!
Ralph Nader had this to say about Barack Obama, and while I am supporting Obama's candidacy, I completely agree with Nader. Barack has not touched on some of the real issues that effect the Black community.

"There's only one thing different about Barack Obama when it comes to being a Democratic presidential candidate. He's half African-American," Nader told the paper in comments published Tuesday. "Whether that will make any difference, I don't know. I haven't heard him have a strong crackdown on economic exploitation in the ghettos. Payday loans, predatory lending, asbestos, lead. What's keeping him from doing that? Is it because he wants to talk white? He doesn't want to appear like Jesse Jackson? We'll see all that play out in the next few months and if he gets elected afterwards."
Barack isn't so much talking white as he is talking to whites.

Payday loans, predatory lending, asbestos, lead are the least of my worries. But I do care about the economy, national security and the Iraq War.
Black people limit our "issues" too much. Every issue is our issue. I don't need Nader telling me what speaks to me.

Yeah... I agree with you too.

Obama is running for President of the United States. How is he going to address the problems of the black commnity, when the black community won't even address it's problems? We have too many stupid people in our communities who are reeking havoc. We don't say anything and we don't do anything. When we stand up and demand that we change our communities, then we can talk about someone else.
