Naomi Campbell

I wanted to post my thought about Naomi Campbell's expression of "deep shame" for hitting her maid with a cellphone. —"I felt very remorseful for having thrown the phone at someone that didn't deserve it," the 35-year-old supermodel tells the TV show "Extra" in an interview set to air Tuesday. "I have a deep sense of shame for the things I've done."

I actually think Ms. Campbell's statement is hilarious if you parse it apart.  She feels remorseful for having thrown a phone at someone who didn't deserve it, but there are people who do deserve to have a phone thrown at them?

—"I was being really destructive to myself. ... I didn't know how to reach out," she says. "It was a really scary time."

Naomi's act of violence was a cry for help?

Naomi is remorseful and the on the path to healing.  She is currently in therapy (EVERYDAY!) and being helped with the powers of crystals.  Yeah, crystals. "I do therapy every day," Campbell tells "Extra," adding that she's also partaking in the healing powers of crystals: "I think they bring great energy. ... You should see how many I travel with."

She travels with lots of crystals because they are helping her to heal her anger management issues...

BTW, the picture above is real.  Naomi is wearing a t-shirt that says, "Naomi hit me".  On the back it says, "and I loved it".  That's not really a show of remorse.
